CODE OF CONDUCT OF BLACK FOX CORPORATION STAFF AND PARTNERS: INTERNAL CUSTOMERS

  • The internal customer shall always comply with the law.
  • The Black Fox Corporation employee shall be guided by the company’s values: Honesty, quality, proactivity, and responsibility.
  • The employee shall in all cases act in accordance with good faith.
  • The employee shall avoid activities that come into a conflict of interest with the Organization and/or with the Customer, and they are obliged to report any conflict of interests to their supervisor.
  • The employee shall treat customers, colleagues and other co-workers with respect.
  • Discrimination and harassment, including sexual harassment, are unacceptable and strictly prohibited at Black Fox Corporation.
  • The employee shall not work under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  • The employee shall at all times put the interests of the Customer before their own.
  • The employee shall be bound to absolute confidentiality towards the customer.

 

POLICY AGAINST CORRUPTION AND CORRUPT PRACTICES

  • Black Fox Corporation condemns all forms of corruption and bribery and is committed to fighting such practices.
  • BFC competes in the marketplace on fair terms and solely on the merits of its services.
  • BFC strictly prohibits any personal payment, unlawful commission or bribery between customers, suppliers or public officials.
  • It is unacceptable to receive gifts or other gratuities from customers or suppliers, except where this is deemed a local custom and as long as they are of small value.
  • It is specifically forbidden to receive commissions for hiring a Partner or external company to carry out the work to be completed for our customer. Under no circumstances shall this situation be tolerated.
